BBQ School offers a range of BBQ Courses nationally throughout the year in 
Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and the 
Hunter Valley.

Classes demonstrate the ease and versatility of what you can achieve when entertaining friends and cooking on the BBQ. The live class booking schedule will load below.
Classes include our ridiculously popular American Smoking Class which is now complemented with two more smoking classes - Beer & Smoke & Bourbon & BBQ,
Our Beer & BBQ Class covers the full range of seafood, red meat and chicken paired with delicious craft beers and our BBQ Meat class has a focus on Lamb, Beef & Chicken.
BBQ Seafood includes a mouth-watering array of prawns, squid, snapper & salmon whilst our speciality classes BBQ Tapas and BBQ Mexican focus on a mix of meats, spices and morish bites. We also run seasonal classes throughout the year such as BBQ Christmas to help you with planning & producing feasts for your guests 
All classes are both demonstration and hands-on and everything you cook on the day you eat on the day! All class course notes & recipes are included!
If you have a group of 12+ we can run classes especially for you or 8+ and we will open up a new class that is also available to the public (subject to chef availability).
