Beer & BBQ Class

Great introduction to American BBQ. 8+ hour cooking process meant we could do everything but the process was explained by the chefs as we worked through the steps from fire to feast. Reaped the rewards of the chefs efforts across the day - pulled pork, poppers, brisket and ribs, learning the tricks along the way. The process will take time to master - but it will be worth it. Awesome day, and now to put it into practice!

Staff were very friendly and we learnt a lot of BBQ techniques. I would highly recommend this for a fun day of cooking while having a few beers.

The BBQ class I attended, was professionally run, informative and also a lot of fun. The course comprised of a lot of hands on learning, this method was a great way to cement the learning and allowed us to put in practice the simple but extremely useful advice we were given during the day. Added to this the venue was perfect. I would highly recommend this to anyone who wanted to improve their bbq skills, to sum up, great course and a fun experience.

Good fun, great food and lots of ideas to take home to improve the way you use your BBQ.

I never write reviews but I have to say, I can't speak more highly of the great learning environment that Seamus & Arturo created for my BBQ class.
The atmosphere was super friendly and open, the facility was super clean and welcoming, the food we all made featured fresh/high quality ingredients and the cooking techniques were clear and well presented.
Do yourself a favour and attend one of these courses: you will not be disappointed!
