Cattle for the Bass Strait Beef brand are sourced from the best beef producing regions of southern Australia including Gippsland, Western Victoria, Limestone Coast (SA), King Island, Tasmania and Flinders Island.
The cattle are peacefully raised on natural rye grasses and clover without the need of antibiotics or hormone growth promotants.

AUDREY WILKINSON WINES
The Wilkinsons are true pioneers in the Australian winemaking industry.
By the early 1900s, Audrey Wilkinson collected awards around Australia for his hock, claret and fortified wines. Large quantities were exported to London.
Audrey committed to leading-edge technology which, at the end of the 19th century, included open cement fermenters and steam-powered crushers and hoppers.
It was here the Audrey Wilkinson legacy was born.
Malt Shovel Brewery
The Malt Shovel Brewery is an Australian brewery owned by Lion, a subsidiary of the Japanese conglomerate Kirin. It is located in Camperdown, New South Wales. Malt Shovel is best known for its James Squire range of beers. The beer is named after the convict turned Australia's first brewer James Squire, who also went on to grow Australia's first hops and is said to have created Australia's first commercial brewery.
