AUDREY WILKINSON WINES

The Wilkinsons are true pioneers in the Australian winemaking industry.
By the early 1900s, Audrey Wilkinson collected awards around Australia for his hock, claret and fortified wines. Large quantities were exported to London.
Audrey committed to leading-edge technology which, at the end of the 19th century, included open cement fermenters and steam-powered crushers and hoppers.
It was here the Audrey Wilkinson legacy was born.

Malt Shovel Brewery

The Malt Shovel Brewery is an Australian brewery owned by Lion, a subsidiary of the Japanese conglomerate Kirin. It is located in Camperdown, New South Wales. Malt Shovel is best known for its James Squire range of beers. The beer is named after the convict turned Australia's first brewer James Squire, who also went on to grow Australia's first hops and is said to have created Australia's first commercial brewery. We work with Lion and the Malt Shovel range of quality and crafty beers as they have the greatest range of quality Craft Beers and brands through Fermentum and we have benefited from this collaboration for the past 19 years.
