BBQ Cooking School - Centennial ParkFairland Pavilion is nestled in the heart of Centennial Park. Our longest standing venue in Sydney having conducted the best public and corporate team building events since 2006, the Fairland Pavilion offers a beautiful panorama over the grounds of the Park.
We are located here: INSIDE CENTENNIAL PARK – Grand Drive. The best entry point is via DARLEY RD, (Off ALISON RD) and enters via RANDWICK GATE. Follow Grand Drive (One Way) down 600 Meters and the PAVILION is situated at the MCKAY SPORTS GROUND on the RIGHT, back from the road about 60 metres and next to the New Facilities. (Don’t worry if you miss us first time round, simply do a lap of the park and catch us on return). PARKING – There is plenty of free all day parking roadside next to the venue.
PUBLIC TRANSPORT – The Pavilion is very close to the Equestrian Centre on Robertson Road along with the Sydney Cricket Ground and Aussie Stadium for easy access for Bus and public transport. It is also just a short stroll down from Anzac Parade.



De Bortoli Wines’ Hunter Valley Estate includes 34 hectares near Pokolbin, the gateway to Hunter Valley Wine Country. The Hills Community Function Centre is a 2-storey venue in Bunya. We offer the entire top floor for private functions and events. The top floor includes great facilities, a double-sided bar, large kitchen and a generous balcony with fantastic views. Lots of parking is available on site.
