Traditional 'mild' Jamaican smoky aromatic flavours with a lashing of scotch bonnets!

The BBQ School - Beer & BBQ Cooking Class shows you how to use the Jammin Jerk Paste by rubbing it under the skin of a chicken before roasting it.

Works brilliantly if you use a Beer Can Chicken Prong to infuse the chicken with beer whilst crisping up the skin with the marinade.
