Dear Ben, Henry, Steve and Frans
What a wonderful evening! You made BBQ ing seem so simple, a fun and a great way to interact with people.
I just loved the sexy potato salad and the green prawns with the pesto were "to die for".
I know both American Express and Qantas really appreciated your enthusiasm, your explanations, your passion and your wonderful flavours with simple
ingredients. All the dishes had their own unique quality and so tasty.
With special thanks for brightening up our TUES, and will promise to recommend the school to both friends and colleagues.
I hope our paths cross once more.

"This day far exceeded my expectations; on arrival the teachers were really friendly and down to earth. The class was well run and it was easy to absorb the information.
We enjoyed good, simple (and classy) recipes that tasted AMAZING!" C.J.

the haloumi was wonderful." - K.M.

"As an Event Manager, I’m always looking for something a little bit out of the ordinary for our staff and clients.
If you’ve ever wanted to engage your team in an event that is sure to encourage interaction, all headed up with an indulgent celebratory lunch you can't go past this event.
I would definitely recommend this as a corporate incentive to any company wishing to encourage team work and cohesion and to give their staff a great day out!" E.R.

"The lesson's value for money was very good. You certainly get what you pay for - a great way to spend a night." - J.F.

"It was a really fabulous group activity with the right amount of structure and flexibility to take it as it comes.
Loved it and I learnt some really great tips for my future entertaining!" -B.K.

"Its great to be able to learn how to cook on a BBQ
and the variety of different foods that can be cooked
using your BBQ at home." - Anon.

"What a fantastic idea for a lazy summer afternoon; BBQ cooking classes…This is the Aussie icon of summer and now you can impress your guests with some gourmet treats instead of another burnt snag on the barbie!" - S.L.

"The chefs were full of very useful information - I certainly learnt that my barbecuing ability up till now was very ordinary. I didn't realise that a barbecue was so versatile, so I'm already experimenting with what I can do instead of just burning a steak and snags!" - B.T.

"I was surprised at how delicious and yet simple the food was! Well done guys - I'll be back " - A.S.

"Wonderful experience and looking forward to
doing future classes." - R.O.

"Informative enough to enjoy but not weighed down
with too much info." - N.B.

"I can honestly say that I will no longer fear the BBQ. There will be no more burnt snags and tough steaks. There will only be very happy faces and impressed looks on my guests, for I have mastered the art of the perfect meal on the Barbie! Thank you " - D.M.

Dear Ben, Matt and Martina,
A HUGE belated thank you to you all for the more successful dinner activity Australian cricket’s national in2CRICKET team have been involved in.
It was a pleasure to deal with you all and I appreciated the professional, well-organised and friendly manner in which you conduct your business.
The feedback from all involved on the night was of the highest praise for the passionate, fun and skilful approach all three chefs brought to the BBQ cooking experience. The food was delicious, location perfect and the event overall was A+!
The bar has been sufficiently raised as to the standard of BBQing expected in State and Territory Cricket Association Game Development departments across the country.
Once again, thank you so much for a wonderful team building experience and I look forward to recommending BBQ School to other departments within Cricket Australia!
Kind Regards,
Rebecca
