Bar-Be School offers a course series of three classes with the aim of showing the most effective use of cooking with a BBQ. Plus special classes during the year.

The classes are both demonstration and hands on and cover an interesting two part wine tutorial match to lunch. The tutorials include all ingredients, wine tasting, salads and spring water and a fantastic meal to celebrate together.

The lessons are normally held on Saturdays or Sundays from 11.30am to 2.00pm from selected venues. We also offer group bookings at one of our corporate venues.

Bar-Be School classes are held in SYDNEY at either Fairland Pavilion – Centennial Park or North Sydney. MELBOURNE classes are run from St Kilda. BRISBANE classes at Keperra & our latest venue for classes in the HUNTER VALLEY are held at Brokenwood Vinyards at Pokolbin.

Bar-Be School also offers Team Building BBQ Cooking Events where you select the menu. These are fun and interactive where strategy and team work are the essential ingredient to achieving the final goals.

All Classes can be run as both public and corporate cooking classes and events.
