Ben also teaches the chefs of the future at Ryde Tafe and put together Bar-Be School to share his knowledge and passion for food and entertaining. |

Frans Muller - Chef Presenter & Operations Manager
Frans has been a Chef for 11 years, having trained under Liam Tomlin at Banc Restaurant and the Boomerang Restaurant as a Sous Chef. He has also runs corporate board rooms for ABN Amro and brings a fresh version of knowledge to the classes along with enthusiasm to ensure all attendee's have a great experience cooking on the day. |

Emma comes to us from sunny England is the key to all that we do at Bar-Be School. Emma has been with us for 12 months and is the friendly voice that greets you when you want the best event ever organised to your liking. Emma love of classy events will ensure you will leave your clients with a great taste in there mouth without lifting a finger. |

Matt Farley - Wine Presenter
Matt's experience over a 16 year period has seen him successfully run such establishments as the O'Bar, Boomerang restaurant and Industrie Bar to name a few. Matt has a real love of food and wine and will demonstrate how best to marry the two to create the complete dining experience. |

Mark Haygarph - Chef Presenter
Mark has been a Chef for 18 years and gained the skills of his trade working all over Australia in 5 Star Hotels and Resorts to much acclaim. He has also consulted his experience to numerous restaurants and enjoys sharing his love of great food with our attendee's at the classes.

Steve Nelson - Chef Presenter Steve's Experience over a 23 year period has seen him working with some of the best chefs across Australia & South East Asia. He spends the majority of his time now working closely with the Chefs of tomorrow who benefit from his tutelage at NSW Tafe Institutions in Sydney. Steve brings a very informative style to our classes and his extensive knowledge of food and entertaining is happily shared with our attendee's. |

Daniel Martin - Chef Presenter
Dan has been a chef and hospitality enthusiast for over 6 years and gained his skills origionally in the UK and then at Ryde College of Tafe. His experience has seen him cook up a storm at Bathers Pavillion and the Sugar Room in Sydney. Dan is a very popular member of the team and enjoys spending as much time as possible with keen foodies and those wanting to dazzle when they cater. |

Bol has been a very important member of our team for 6 months and is the key to us getting over the line with set up and pack down for events. He is a keen foodie and is looking at forwading his Cheffing career into the future and beyond. Where would we be without our resident DJ - BK 50 CENT in the kitchen. |

Elias has been a Chef for 8 years bringing with him a valuable amount of experience from some of Sydney's hottest eateries such as Industrie in Pitt St. He now runs Gastro Pubs in Sydney and has a passion for food that he loves to share with our students in the classes.
